“ Little Tokyo- BIG Portions!!!!!!!! They gave us a huge amount of food and it was great!! Our chef Alberto? Was AMAZING!! He made the onion train, did the "egg roll" and was so friendly! However, The place is very dirty and dirty plates, lots need to be cleaned with an all purpose cleaner like the walls, eating area, grill sides and chairs and floor BUT I'd still go back. ”
“ The food was top notch for sure! Some of the best hibachi food I have tasted. Even when I ate the leftovers the next day, it was still really good! 5.0 for the food!!! The service was good! The chef was also top notch and he was very kind and he just focused upon the task of making sure our orders were exceptionally fulfilled and it surely was! He was so kind! I wasn't expecting a full piece of Salmon but it was the best. I just chopped it up on top of my rice but my favorite food item here was the Salmon! The only downfalls to this place was that they do not take reservations so it is first come, first served basis, which makes the wait time a little longer before you're seated. We waited 45 minutes to an hour. Also, it is a pretty tight knit restaurant. Everything is pretty close together, so if you're uncomfortable in small, tight spaces, I would advise you to complete a take out order. They do have two areas in the restaurant, which is very convenient. One area is the regular tables within the restaurant to order food and the back area is another part of the restaurant for the hibachi cooking, which is the one where they cook in front of you. There are 3 grills and they sit about 8 people at each grill. Other than that, everything was really good! Lastly, I like how accommodating they are to your requests! An individual at or table requested no teriyaki sauce on anything and he understood and honored her request. My husband asked about getting two soups, instead of a soup and a salad, and they did just that. I'm grateful that they are kind enough to do that! ”
“ This place is tiny, only 3 or 4 hibachi grills. We got there at 4:30 and had to wait over an hour to get a grill table (4 people). The prices are fair and the food was really delicious. My only complaint is the lack of sauces.... They only offered Yum Yum sauce. I had to request ginger and it was terrrrrrrrrrrible. It tasted like they just soaked ginger in water and served it like that. I've actually never had a ginger sauce I disliked before this experience. They also douse everything in teriyaki... I don't like teriyaki, so I asked for no teriyaki and that wasn't a problem at all. ”
“ This place has good food but it's kind of more Chinese I think than Japanese! My photos will affirm that! But the chicken and shrimp was good And I'm sure like a staple for this place it's like teppon style when served.Pot sticker sauce yummy . I'd return if in thr area again ”
